Beginning as a CAD engineer at IHI Engineering Marine Vietnam Co. Ltd, Mr Huy quickly advanced to become a Plan Group leader, overseeing CAD projects and managing a team. Noteworthy accomplishments include mastering CAD software, learning Solidworks, and successfully completing complex projects like bulk carrier hull constructions and chemical tanker piping drawings.

Transitioning to Royal Falcon Fleet PLC as a Marine Engineer, Pham contributed to the RFF135 yacht building project, excelling in tasks like designing engine room ventilation systems using Rhino3D. Later, as a Mechanical Engineer at Bridgestone Tire Manufacturing Vietnam LLC, he led the start-up of new machinery, supervised contractors, and ensured compliance with safety regulations.
