During her tenure, she skilfully managed a diverse array of projects, from LCTs to large cargo vessel projects, as well as overseeing the successful completion of MPVs for Pacific Carriers Limited and Chemical Tankers for TB Marine. Pamela’s commitment to excellence was evident as she dedicated herself to rigorous safety management training, further enriching her skill set.

Transitioning into leadership roles, Pamela served as the respected General Manager at Ship Spare Parts and Service Ltd, followed by her tenure as Safety Manager at Assured Marine Services Pty Ltd.
