Austal Ships – Western Australia: Spent 4 years designing high-speed aluminium vessels. Ulstein (The Netherlands): Worked for 4 years designing steel heavy lift/pipelay vessels and drill ships. Viking Seatech (now Intermoor) – Western Australia: Contributed for 2 years in designing and installing prelay and cyclone mooring systems.
