With over 18+ years of experience in quality supervision, Mr. Hoang has extensive experience in the maritime industry, previously serving as Deputy Head of the Inspection and Certification Department at Vietnam Control’s Hai Phong branch since 2021, and at Song Cam Shipbuilding JSC from 2013 to 2020, he managed quality control for shipbuilding projects, including ASD tug models exported to Europe. Prior to that, at BenKien Industry Shipbuilding Company from 2005 to 2013, he advanced to Vice Manager of the Hull Workshop, overseeing operations and project management.

Mr. Hoang’s expertise spans quality control, project management, and workshop operations, making him a valuable team member and leader in the field.
